About Me
As an Arizona native, I have a deep connection to the communities I serve. Born and raised in Douglas, Arizona, I have lived throughout the state, including Tucson, Sierra Vista, the East Valley, and now Scottsdale. With more than 11 years of experience in real estate, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers throughout Scottsdale and the East Valley navigate the Arizona real estate market with confidence and personalized guidance.
Before entering real estate, I spent 19 years working in the medical field. A dear friend and top Phoenix Realtor, Johnathan Pear, encouraged me to earn my real estate license and join him in the industry. What began as an opportunity to help others has grown into a rewarding career helping friends, family, and clients successfully navigate the home buying and selling process. I take the time to understand each client's individual goals and strive to create a real estate experience that feels personal, informed, and seamless.
One of my passions is helping clients see the potential in a property. From home renovations and preparing a property for the market to staging and sourcing unique pieces, I enjoy bringing creativity and attention to detail to the real estate process. Whether you're buying a home in Scottsdale, exploring East Valley communities, or preparing to sell your Arizona property, I work to provide thoughtful guidance tailored to your needs.
Outside of real estate, family and community are incredibly important to me. I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, grandchildren, family, and friends, along with cooking, gardening, outdoor activities, and traveling. One of my greatest accomplishments has been spending the last 10 years working with a philanthropic organization that has supported countless people and charities throughout our community. Giving back and helping others are values I carry with me into every client relationship.
Thanks,
Lydia Molera
